HOT ! Faux Pique Pillow

Weave a fabric with superior texture!  You can weave these pillows as a gamp that will give you a sampling of the textures that various traditional overshot patterns produce, or repeat your favorite for an overall pattern.

This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave this Faux Pique Pillow that was designed by Deanna Deeds for Handwoven Nov/Dec 2023.

Weave structure: Overshot

Yarns: 5/2 Softspun Perle Cotton and S-Twist Linen Crepe Yarn

Equipment needed: 4-shaft loom; 20\" weaving width; 10 dent reed; 2 shuttles

Finished size:  two pillows 15\" × 15\" each (Pattern makes one pillow. This kit supplies the yarn to make two pillows plus extra yardage for sampling.

Other supplies needed:  14\" x 14\" pillow form or polyfill; commercial fabric for pillow backs.Instructions needed: Handwoven Nov/Dec 2023 pages 32-34 from Long Thread Media.
